What's included in my order?
For each item purchased, you will receive 5 high-resolution JPG files at 300 DPI:
~ File 1: 24x36” (60x90cm) 2:3 ratio
~ File 2: 18x24” (45x60cm) 3:4 ratio
~ File 3: 16x20” (40x50cm) 4:5 ratio
~ File 4 : 11x14” (30x38cm) 11:14 ratio

For alphabet and numbers flashcards, you will receive 2 sets of high-resolution JPG files at 300 DPI:

How can I access my files?
Once payment is received, you'll be able to download PDF Instructions from the “Purchases and Reviews” section in your Etsy account (Your Account > Purchases and Reviews). Etsy will also email you a download link.
Simply click on the links in your PDF instructions to download your files.

I purchased digital files but I don't have an Etsy account.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send an email receipt with your download link to the email address provided at checkout.
How do I print my artwork?
You can print at home, at a local print shop, or use an online service such as Vistaprint, Shutterfly or Kinko's.
Keep in mind that your final product will be determined by the quality of the printer, and the paper or card that you choose.
For the most visually stunning final results, we recommend printing your files using high-quality paper, such as heavyweight, matte photo paper or smooth card stock. Both are available at office supply and big box stores.
Do you accept returns or exchanges ?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order has gone through. Every printable purchase is non-refundable, as there is no way for us to tell whether you have printed the design. Please don't hesitate to message us if you have any problems with your order. We're always available to help and do our best to respond within 24 hours.
